These terms cover any order you place at pablosprints.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Pablo's Prints is a print business based in North Wales, United Kingdom. You can reach us at prints.pablo@gmail.com or on 07742 718807.

Your order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown wrongly.

Your designs

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any name, logo, image or text you send us. We will not print anything that is offensive, unlawful or copies someone else's trademark or artwork. If we can't print your design we will let you know and refund you.

Colours and previews

The preview on our site is a guide. Colours and sizes can look slightly different on your screen to the finished product.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery is added at checkout. We can change our prices at any time, but this won't affect an order you have already placed.

Discount codes

One discount code can be used per order. Codes can't be swapped for cash and may have an end date or a limit of one use per customer.

Returns and refunds

Please see our refund policy. It explains what to do if something is wrong with your order.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you placed your order are the ones that apply to it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
